Today, Fort Mill is a vibrant, growing town considered part of the Charlotte, NC, Metropolitan area. Unity has been a thriving member of the community, doubling in membership in the last 10 years. The church has grown physically as well, adding a Fellowship Hall in 1991 and a Ministries Building in 2000. With a membership of over 1000, Unity holds two traditional worship services each Sunday. A variety of Ministries Teams play a large role in the life of Unity. Christian Education, Junior and Senior High Youth Groups, Congregational Care, Mission Outreach, Health Ministries, Worship and Music Ministries, Long Range Planning, Stewardship, Men’s Ministries, and Women’s Ministries are among the many opportunities at Unity to share the good news of God’s love for us.
