Mission: To provide the foresight required to anticipate future facility, financial, staffing, and program needs.  To help the church leadership establish plans and strategies to meet those needs.

Long Range Planning Team:  The Long Range Planning Ministries Team gathers current information and trends involving demographics, church, and community needs, cultural changes, and financial requirements.  This information is analyzed by keeping in mind our own church's vision and desires, to identify issues that need to be addressed in accomplishing our missions.  Smaller teams or work groups are formed to explore and develop plans and strategies to deal with specific issues.  The entire team critiques the smaller team reports, and helps to formulate recommendations for the church leadership to review and/or adopt.  The entire team meets about once each quarter.  Smaller teams or work groups meet as determined by the needs of the group.
