Four Presbyterian Women (PW) circles meet monthly for Bible study, service, and fellowship. PW membership is open to all women in the congregation. Circle names and meeting times are listed on the Individual Gifts Sharing Form. Circles’ opportunities include: providing birthday cakes for the Nutrition Center, preparing meals for church families when needed, supplying lunches for Habitat for Humanity builds, working on local missions, and attending PW Presbytery-wide Fall Retreat and Spring Gathering. Unity PW will host the Spring Gathering in 2011. The PW also plan and execute the following annual events: Mother/Daughter Luncheon, Unity’s Women’s Retreat, Christmas Auction, Unity’s Christmas Post, sending care packages to Unity’s college students, and contributing financial and volunteer support for several local charities and scholarships.
