leadershipRetreattxt-2

The Discipleship Ministry team is sponsoring a Leadership Retreat on Saturday, February 11th, in the Fellowship Hall. Tom Norwood, a Presbyterian minister and consultant, will lead the workshop. We will be discussing what God is calling us, individually and corporately, to be and to do.

All leaders of Unity, including current and previous officers, Sunday School teachers, Ministry team leaders, and anyone else who would like to participate, are invited to join us for this important retreat.

We will be purchasing box lunches from McAlister’s Deli. In order to ensure we have enough lunches ordered, please complete the registration form below. Childcare will be available by reservation only.  (We suggest you pack lunch and an afternoon snack for the children.)  The deadline for registering is February 1st.

Last year during the Lenten season, a Stations of the Cross service was held on Good Friday. Those of us who attended were deeply touched, and found it to be especially meaningful.

If you are interested in helping to plan a similar service on Good Friday, April 6 2012, please contact Bob or Lois Edwards at r_edwards@comporium.net
